A class from North Lawn Elementary School in Neodesha will be doing a modified in-school quarantine due to a student testing positive for COVID-19.

 

The student who tested positive will quarantine from home. The other students from the class may resume in-person classes, but they will have to quarantine.

 

Ms. Odette's class will be in their classroom all-day with the exception of designated bathroom breaks and a designated time for recess. Lunch will be brought to them and they will eat in the classroom. The students will come to class late at 8:15 a.m. and leave early at 3 p.m. to avoid contact with other students in the hallways.

 

The quarantine will last through November 20th and Ms. Odette's students may resume their normal routine on November 21st. Parents of these students may choose to do remote learning but they must contact the school office first.
