Due to the COVID-19 Virus the Homestead filing deadline has been extended to October 15, 2020. With this extended time, the Montgomery County Clerk’s staff will not be assisting the public with filing their homesteads until the Courthouse has reopened to the public. If you have any questions please call the County Clerk’s Office at (620)-330-1200 between 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.
