The Coffeyville Police Department warns that as the weather warms up, the motorcycle traffic increases. CPD says in a post on their Facebook that they were dispatched to a motorcycle and truck accident. The rider was alright and was wearing a helmet, but they says not all of them that they work, even here in the city limits are that lucky. They warn to please be aware of the presence of motorcycles a they are not as big and not as easy to spot.

They finish the post with a simple reminder “look twice and save a life”
