The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued flood warnings running through Wednesday morning for Labette County and Neosho County. The Neosho River is anticipated to see its water level rise near Parsons and also near Oswego. The NWS is forecasting that the river will Rise above flood stage by early Tuesday morning and continue to rise to near 21.3 feet by early Tuesday afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage by Tuesday evening.
