The National Weather in Wichita is advising residents of central and eastern Kansas of potential wintry weather overnight into Wednesday morning.

This system doesn't look like it will produce a significant amount of snowfall, but could it still have some minor impacts on roads. The NWS is expecting 1”-2” of slushy, wet snow but if temperatures end up colder than expected, the area could receive up to 4” of snow. The NWS suggests to allow extra time for travel on Wednesday morning.
