The Greenbush Astrophysical Observatory near Girard will be holding its monthly observatory night on January 17th at 7pm with a presentation on black holes by resident astronomy guru Josh Cochran, followed by a viewing of the night sky using the research-grade telescope. Smaller telescopes, binoculars, and iPads loaded with astronomy apps are also available for visitors to enjoy.
