Last week, the Elk County Deputies along with Howard Police Department did a knock & talk at a house in the Howard area.

During the course of the encounter one person was taken into custody and arrested on one count of felony possession of narcotics, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, an out of county active warrant, and six counts of child endangerment.

The case will be turned over to the County Attorney office for prosecution.
