The Independence City Commission will once again meet this Thursday for its regularly scheduled meeting. On this week's agenda includes a public hearing to consider the condemnation of 301 Cement Street, a hearing adjourned from last November. The commission will also consider authorizing the issuance of $1.2 million in taxable industrial revenue bonds, Series 2019, for Textron Aviation Inc.
