With Thanksgiving almost here, K-State Research and Extension Family and Consumer Science Agent Barbara Ames has some tips so you can have a food safe holiday.

 

Ames says if you have any questions you can call the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline 1-888-674-6854 to talk to a food safety expert. Last November they answered more than 3,000 calls about Thanksgiving dinner.
