The Kansas Department of Transportation have announced approved bids for state highway construction and maintenance projects in Kansas. The letting took place Nov. 13, 2019, in Topeka. Some of the bids may include multiple projects that have been bundled based on proximity and type of work.

Included in the construction and maintenance projects for Montgomery County are U.S. 75 from the Oklahoma/Kansas border to the south city limits of Caney. In Chautauqua County K-99, beginning just south of the K-99 / Quivira Road intersection north and from the north city limits of Sedan north to the Chautauqua/Elk county line.
