The Independence Police Department will be hosting a 3-hour self-defense class on December 14th at the Christian Karate Academy located at 134 West Oak.
Officer Charlie Benedict of the Independence Police Department will be the instructor and the class is scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM.
Anyone wishing to attend this class is asked to call and register with the Independence Police Department at 620-332-1700. Participants are asked to bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing.
