The Montgomery County Zoning and Environmental Health Director passes away unexpectedly this morning. According to the Montgomery County Chronicle, Scott Barnhart died early this morning from a heart attack. An announcement will be forthcoming concerning funeral plans and courthouse hours during the funeral.
Next Monday's County Commission Meeting on September 16 has been canceled.
