Kansas Aviation plans to open their facility for tours from 9:00am to 1:30pm this weekend to coincide with the SEK Celebration of Flight Fly-in. The tours will be approximately 20 minutes in length and will provide an oversight of the steps taken to repair and overhaul engine accessories. They will also incorporate some of the history of Kansas aviation and what services the company provides for customers around the world.
Also, as a part of the Celebration of Flight there will be all kinds of aircraft flown in by pilots from a five-state area. There will be static displays of American Kodiak, Cessna, and other aircraft, and forums for pilots and the public to be held at Kansas Aviation. Crafts, pedal planes, tours, and lots of fun things to do for the whole family.
