If you're looking for something to do this weekend, why not help gather some data for the city of Coffeyville? The city currently needs volunteers to help clean up litter this Saturday, August 3rd. Volunteers will be needed from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The data will be used for the city's $5,000 Keep America Beautiful survey.

The most common downtown litter is currently cigarette butts and cigar tips, and therefore will be targeted this weekend. The data collected will also be used to help determine the most helpful location for butt containers.
