A 12-year veteran of the Kansas legislature, Virgil Peck, is asking some tough questions about Medicaid Expansion and hopes Kansas citizens will do the same with their representatives. Peck points out that US Attorney General, William Barr, joined the lawsuit Tuesday, April 9th, so if Obamacare or the Affordable Care Act is ruled unconstitutional, the federal government will not be paying the 90% to the states that decide to expand Medicaid. Ttherefore the states would be responsible for it, and that could bankrupt Kansas. Listen to Peck say it's not the right time.
