The National Weather service has issued a Winter Storm Advisory for Central and Southeast Kansas for tomorrow from 6:00am to 6:00pm. A strong cold will push through Kansas tonight and will drop temperatures into teens and upper 20’s for high tomorrow morning. The NWS believes precipitation will start between 8:00am and 10:00am tomorrow and lasting through the day. The SEK will see more favorable mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain. Light accumulation is expected making for travel problems.

Saturday night into Sunday another system will move through with a slight risk of freezing rain and snow. Little to no accumulation is expected with this system.
