Two people are dead as the result of a two vehicle accident Monday on Highway 400 near Parsons.  Killed were 21 year old Joli S. Huto of Mound Valley and 62 year old Charles J. Wass of Parsons.  According to Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred 2 miles east of Parsons when for an unknown reason Hutto’s vehicle which was traveling west on Highway 400 crossed the centerline and struck Wass’s east bound pick up head on.
