We sat down with Richard Vann with Word of Faith Church on an inspirational project they are working towards to help kids in need. To raise money Vann says they’ve organized a comedy show for this weekend. Leon the Jokester will be performing at the Comedy Night & Pasta Dinner put on by Word of Faith Church. The event is this Saturday starting at 6 PM at the church at 2707 S Walnut. Tickets cost 20 dollars as organizer Richard Vann explains the proceeds are going to a special cause. They have been awarded a few buildings that they need to get moved over to our area to help further service the children in a better space. The food will be delicious and the show will be hilarious as Leon is performing his Walk by Faith, Not by Sight Tour. Vann says to call 918-902-2987 for tickets and encourages everyone to attend.
