Voters have their say in yesterday's election.  The preliminary results are coming in for a number of hotly contested offices.   In Kansas, Democrat Laura Kelly wins the governor's race against Republican Secretary of State Kris Kobach.  Kobach had been heavily backed by President Donald Trump.  In Oklahoma, Republican Kevin Stitt, a political newcomer, defeats Democrat Drew Edmondson for the governor's seat.  In Congressional races, Democrat Sharice Davids defeats incumbent Republican Kevin Yoder for the 3rd District of Kansas.  The Kansas 2nd District seat will go to Republican Steve Watkins who bested Democrat Paul Davis.   In Oklahoma, the 5th Congressional District seat will be occupied by Kendra Horn who unseated Republican Steve Russell.
