Columbus residents are asked to consider what their health is worth. A bond question will be on the November ballot to help finance a multi-million-dollar wellness center. Columbus Recreation Commission's Liz Simpson says the area ranks poorly on health statistics. The center would offer a walking track, gym and fitness programs.
She says a million-dollars of the price tag would come from private donations. The remaining $2.4 million would come from the bond.
