The City of Coffeyville is accepting applications for the Average Monthly Payment Plan. Finance Director Stephanie Richardson says its an option to make it easier for customers to budget utility expenses.

Sign up for the program is only available during the month of October. You must be an account holder with 12-months historyto qualify. Complete details are online at the city's website.
