Serving a tainted drink to an Allen County Deputy leaves a McDonald's employee in hot water. The Allen County Attorney files a charge of aggravated battery of a law enforcement officer against 22-year-old Trevor Hockaday. He was working at the McDonald's in Iola last month when he is accused of spiking the deputy's drink with a peroxide-based cleaner.

The owner of the restaurant says they are working closely with the authorities.
