A Community Improvement District put in place by the Coffeyville City Commission will soon start forwarding tax dollars to a hotel developer. Coffeyville's Finance Director Stephanie Richardson says the city will be able to cover some of its costs.

The CID was established to reimburse the owner of the Holiday Inn Express a portion of the funds spent on construction of the hotel.
