It could be an affordable means for earning your wings-- if you're lucky. Miami Police Chief Thomas Anderson says they are raffling a Cessna. Thomas says a family donated the aircraft to help the city raise matching funds for airport improvements. The $50 raffle ticket includes 10 hours of training which is what most people need to get a solo license. Ross Aviation is fully restoring the Cessna 172.
