If you think you’re completely out of luck after being the victim of a money scam you may be in luck.  Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt says a claim accused the money transferring company Western Union of having knowledge of these money scams and frauds. Having knowledge of the wrongdoing and not taking action, has Western Union agreeing to pay some people back. Schmidt also says to not sleep on making a claim the final day to make your claim is Thursday May 31st.
