With the Coffeyville Community College scholarship auction all wrapped up, what’s the next great way to get involved and support your Red Ravens? From C.C.C, Yvonne Hull tells KGGF News they’ve got something new planned for June.The Quack Clash! A rubber duck race taking place over at Veterans Stadium in Coffeyville. You can sign up at www.coffeyvile.edu to purchase your duck to participate. Ducks cost 10 dollars a piece and there is no limit on how many you can buy, and best of all, the proceeds are going to C.C.C. programs. The Coffeyville Police Department and the Coffeyville Fire Department will also be attending as well, selling refreshments and food as you can purchase those items to help support our community emergency services. Food and beverage vendors, a duck race for a good cause and a hefty payout to the winners of the races is just three of the many reasons to get involved coming up on June 9th from 4 to 8 pm.
