The Winfield Police Department is looking for the owner of a small ziploc baggie that was found not far from the school campuses. A resident called police after spotting the suspicious item which contained a crystallized substance. Police have determined it was a baggie of methamphetamine.

The Winfield PD says if you're missing a bag, they'd be happy to talk with you about it.
