The Coffeyville Red Ravens have earned a spot at the National NAQT Tournament after taking second at the sectional held on Jan. 20 at Cloud County. The Ravens finished the tournament second with a 7-2 record and will receive an automatic bid to compete at NAQT nationals. That tournament will be March 2-3 in Chicago. In addition to the national tournament, Coffeyville will be defending their state title on April 6 and 7 at Kansas Wesleyan University.

Meanwhile, CCC sophomores Kenneth Dodson and Brylee Brasher have been selected to represent the college in the ALL-USA Community College Academic Team Competition. Criteria for selection includes academic excellence and intellectual rigor combined with leadership and service that extends their education beyond the classroom to benefit society.
