The new year is just days away. That has many of us making resolutions to eat better and lose weight. Nutrition Specialist Sandy Procter says, on average, people gain one-to-three pounds over the holidays which is why so many resolve to make corrections in the New Year.
She says some changes don't have to be major. She says even small things like switching out a side of fries for a side salad can make a big difference when dining out.
