January 5th. That's the date selected for the ribbon cutting and open house at Coffeyville's new Emergency Services Building. The ribbon will be cut at 2 p.m. With public tours until 6 o'clock. City Manager Kendal Francis says people will be able to see all of the building including the jail area, but one room will be off-limits. The building will be home to the police and fire departments.
